Prices include: the supply of gas, electric current, warm and cold water, TV colour, weekly change of bed-sheets and a medical assistance (if requised).

The apartments are all two-room apartments of 40 sq.m with veranda, are located in the midst of citrus groves, fruit trees and exotic flowers on the outskirts of Tropea (600 m from the center, 900 m from the sea)

Customers have at their disposal a wide park; a barbecue-grill.
For Children up to 5 ears old are free.

Check-in: hour 02.00 p.m.
Check-out: hour 10.00 a.m.

Customers are asked to pay the cleaning of the apartment at the end of the stay (€ 25,00). Any exemption, to be agree in advance.

Small pets are allowed.

At the reservation will be fallowed by sendig a deposit of 30% of the total stay.
